How to order

If you are reading this then you have probably already seen our range of Custom Kit and are considering your options. If you need a little persuading, we can tell you our Designers are very experienced, our size range is extensive and there is something for every budget, but most importantly this process is very simple. If you are struggling remember we are at the end of the phone so give us a call or if you prefer send us an email. We will talk through your ideas and advise you on the best options available.

 

 
 

Our simple 6 step process

1.

Contact Us – Get in touch with us via email or phone, we don’t bite.

We will collect some basic information and advise you of the next step.

2.

We can send you a sample set of apparel specific to your requirements. This can either be an extensive set of samples in all sizes for your club members to try on or just a taster set so that you can inspect the quality. We will require a refundable deposit for these. This will be discussed on your initial enquiry.

3.

Once you are happy to proceed we require a refundable deposit for the artwork. This cost will be deducted from the order once it’s received.


4.

We take care of all the design. It is at this time that you will supply us with your logo files.  If this is a new venture and you need help with logos we can do that too.

5.

You will receive the artwork approximately 1 week later as a PDF file. if you wish your kit designs can be published on our website on a page titled YOUR KIT. This will enable all your club members to view the design and items available before ordering.

6.

You send us your order along with full payment. The factory will be instructed to commence manufacture and the completed kit should be with you in 4-6 weeks.
