This service offers tracking and SMS or email notifications to recipients. The delivery aim is within 2-3 working days, but this is not guaranteed. We use this service a lot for peace of mind as it offers tracking to the delivery point. If you require tracking and your items are urgent please select one of the Guaranteed Service below.

Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm® (Monday-Thursday) - £15

This is a Royal Mail service. If the order is received by 1pm Monday- Thursday, you will receive the item the following day. This is a guaranteed & tracked service and you will need to be available to sign for the package on delivery. You will be sent a tracking number once the order has shipped.

Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm® (Friday for Saturday delivery) - £17

This is a Royal Mail service. The order must be received by 1pm on Friday. This service is guaranteed delivery by 1pm on Saturday. If the order is received after 1pm Friday, the order will ship on Monday. If after 1pm Friday please select the Special Delivery for (Monday-Thursday). This is a guaranteed & Tracked service and you will need to be available to sign for the package on delivery. You will be sent a tracking number once the order has shipped.

International Standard Shipping - Sorry we no longer offer the service as it is too unreliable

This is a Royal Mail service. If the order is received by 1pm, the item will be shipped that day. This is not a guaranteed or tracked service and delivery will depend on the destination, Royal Mail estimates 5-7 days. Please check Royal Mail estimated delivery times using this link, international Standard. ( Royal Mail are quoting 3-4 weeks delivery for this service).

International Tracked - from £17

International Tracked - Europe 5-8 days *Delivery aim to Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Sweden, Austria and Luxembourg is 5-8 working days. Worldwide up to 3 weeks. Max 2kgs, fully tracked to delivery point. The cost for this service £17 for *Europe, £25 Worldwide. (Please allow up to 3 weeks for shipping.) International Courier

This would be shipped by our International carrier DHL. They can ship worldwide in 3-5 days. A rate of £40 per item has been set, this allows you to select this service, but if you have ordered more than one item we may need to make an adjustment.
