Dolphin Kick Exchange & Returns   

      

We offer a flexible returns policy and are really happy to exchange or offer a refund for any item.

Please include your reason for return & if a replacement item is required by printing out this returns form and including it in the parcel.

Please note, items will only be considered for refund /exchange if they comply with the following:

  • Items must be returned within 28 days of receipt. (We have extended our Returns Window to 90 days to take into account the current situation)

  • We will refund you to your original payment method.

  • Items must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging.

  • Manufacturer's tags and labels must still be attached.

  • Postage costs for returned items is the responsibility of the buyer. We wish it could be free Returns, we really do, but we are so small we just can not offer it, sorry. You can now buy our postage easily online with Royal Mail. If you do not own a printer you can take the QR code with you to a Royal Mail Delivery Office near you and they will print the label for you.

  • We will refund postage costs for faulty items. Once we have received the returned faulty item, we will refund postage costs to the payment method used to make the purchase. Please print off the returns form & use the address label, attach this to the package and post using a standard Royal Mail service. Please retain your proof of postage.

 Please note that we reserve the right to reject any products that are not returned in accordance with the provisions set out above.

 

How to return an item that is Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect

Please note that each faulty return case is treated on an individual basis.

All returns must be accompanied with a returns form. Please Include a brief explanation of the fault.

 

Fault in the first 30 days of purchase

At Dolphin Kick we do not believe that faults should develop within 30 days, so as a company policy we will refund or replace the item for you instead of waiting for a repair to be carried out. (Please see Important Care Instructions below)

After inspection, once confirmed as faulty, we will always endeavor to replace the faulty item like for like. If the replacement is unavailable, we will offer a full refund.

Return postage of Faulty items will be the responsibility of the buyer. Once confirmed faulty Dolphin Kick will refund all postage costs.

If you receive an incorrect item, please Contact us so we can rectify the situation as soon as possible.

Care Instructions for Junior Tri Suits - The Children's Triathlon Suits, like adults suits, are designed to be raced in, they are not designed for training in or climbing trees! They will not be considered for exchange or refund if it is evident that the Trisuit has been misused. All faulty items will have to have been returned before a refund or exchange will be issued.

Please follow these recommendations to preserve the life of your Trisuit. The Trisuit should be removed as soon as possible after racing and rinsed in cold water with light hand washing detergent if needed. The Trisuit MUST BE HANDWASHED & NOT SPUN IN ANY WAY. It must then be dried away from direct heat, (NOT on a radiator).
