How do I return an item?

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICIES

We offer a flexible returns policy and are happy to exchange or offer a refund for an item. If you can include, when returning your item, your reason for return, your purchase details as well as details of replacement item if required. Please note items will only be considered for refund /exchange if they comply with the following:

  • Items must be returned within 28 days of receipt.
  • We will refund you to your original payment method.
  • Items must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging.
  • Manufacturer's tags and labels must still be attached especially on clothing.
  • Return postage cost for refunds or exchanged items will be the responsibility of the buyer (proof of postage is preferred to the recorded delivery service)
  • You will not be charged postage for replacement items (within UK).
  • Please note that we reserve the right to reject any products that are not returned in accordance with the provisions set out above.

How to return an item that is Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect
  • Please note that each faulty return case is treated on an individual basis so the below may not be applicable to your case.
  • All returns must have a completed returns form. Include on this form a brief explanation of the fault.
  • Fault in the first 30 days since purchase
  • At Dolphin Kick we do not believe that faults should develop within 30 days, so as a company policy we will refund or replace the item for you instead of waiting for a repair to be carried out. We may however, send the item for inspection with the manufacturer if we believe the fault may be due to incorrect use, user error or accidental damage. (Please see Important Information below)
  • Fault after 30 days since purchase
  • As the retailer we are entitled to make reasonable efforts to repair a faulty item before issuing a refund or replacement. We will therefore send the faulty item to our manufacturers, as a guideline we suggest it takes at least 15 working days for the manufacturer to complete their investigations . After inspection, once confirmed as faulty we will always endeavour to replace the faulty item like for like, if no replacement is available then we will offer a full refund.
  • We send out a lot of items every week. If you receive an incorrect item please contact us so we can rectify the situation as soon as possible.
  • This is not a prepaid service you will need to pay the return postage.

  • PLEASE READ IMPORTANT INFORMATION- The Children's Triathlon Racing Suits are designed to be raced in, they are not for training in or climbing trees! They will not be considered for exchange or refund if it is evident that these suits have been misused. Return postage cost for refunds or exchanged items will be the responsibility of the buyer. The suit will have to have been returned before a refund or exchange will be issued.
  • Please follow these Recommendations To preserve the life of your suit it should only be used to race in. The suit should be removed as soon as possible after racing and rinsed in cold water with light hand washing detergent if needed. The suit MUST NOT BE SPUN IN ANY WAY. It must then be dried away from direct heat, ( so NOT on a radiator). It is not a swim suit or a football kit and will not withstand this rigorous frequent use.
