Junior Organised Triathlons

One of the best places to start looking is the British Triathlon website. See the link to the site below. If you are looking for a local club or an event you will find it here. The site has everything you will need to start you off.

Junior Organised Triathlons - Human Race

Human Race offers a range of Scootathlon and Triathlon events for youth participants, suitable for ages 4 to 18. Many of these events run alongside some of their adult races providing the perfect opportunity for all the family to get involved.

Castle Triathlon Series

The Castle Triathlon Series offers races for 7 – 15 year olds. These take place at five amazing castles in unique settings where all ages and levels can race over the same course. Children, teens, and adults are able to participate on the same day and over the same course, making it a fun filled family day out (potentially).

Clubs: Swimming

Amateur swimming association can help you to locate a swimming club near you. The ASA has been in existence since 1869. It was the first governing body of swimming to be established in the world and today remains the English national governing body for swimming, diving, water polo, open water, and synchronised swimming.

British Cycling is the internationally recognised governing body for cycling in the UK. Go-Ride is the British Cycling's national development programme for young people and clubs. There is a network of over 230 Go-Ride clubs operating throughout the UK, so getting involved could not be easier.

The track is another way to gain some bike fitness in a traffic free area. A lot of the tracks in the UK have clubs associated with them and provide rental bikes for use. Most clubs will accept children as young as 8.
