Delivery times
If you are trying to estimate when your package will arrive, please consider the following. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next working day.

Next Day Delivery
If you require your delivery urgently please select a Next Day service. Please be aware that deliveries arriving on a Saturday are subject to an increased fee and will need a signature on arrival. If you request your parcel to be deliverd Next Day please be sure to select the correct option for the delivery day. This is a signed for service so you will have to ensure you are available to receive the package.

OUR GUARANTEE / RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICIES
Dolphin Kick strives to provide a 100% guarantee on every product we sell. If an item does not meet with your expectations and is unused please send it back within 28 days. We will send you a new colour, another size or entirely different style.
We look at used items on a case by case basis only, our standard policy is to only accept returns of unused items. After 28 days we will accept returns of items with manufacturing defects only.

RETURNING AN ITEM
Please return your item and retain proof of postage. If you require a refund, please allow two weeks from the day you return your package for the credit to appear in your account. Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges when returning items. If you are returning a faulty item please conact us and we will provide you with a returns label.

Customs and Duty
There are no import/export duties on goods shipped within the European Union. All goods shipped to EU countries already have the relevant VAT included.

Shipments sent outside the European Union are sold exclusive of VAT and may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be levied once a shipment reaches your country.

Items shipped to the Canary Islands are sold exclusive of Spanish VAT but may be subject to import duties and taxes. Customers ordering from the Canary Islands are advised to select their destination country and address as “Spain – Canary Islands”. This will ensure that the order is not subject to Spanish VAT.

Please note: It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (not including shipping charges) on all packages destined outside the European Union, and shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. It is a criminal offence to falsify the details on this form. We cannot inaccurately describe the contents, claim a lower value or mark as a gift. Please do not ask, or expect us to do any of the above. For details of Customs charges please consult your own Customs authorities for the latest rates.

Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We are unable to reimburse any costs incurred regardless of the circumstances.



International Returns

Customers outside of the UK must follow the instructions below along with our standard returns procedure.

To help us deal with your return to us quickly and efficiently you must mark all returns as RETURNED GOODS – FAILED SALE. This must be clearly marked on the customs information document ( CN22 and/ or CN 23) on the outside of the packaging. Failure to do so may result in the goods being refused at customs in the UK and so being returned to the sender.


BACK ORDERS
We apologise but due to the fact that we sell in other locations we may occasionally run out of stock. You will be notified as soon as possible. You will then be offered an opportunity for a full refund or an alternative product.
